Ian specialises in strategy and leadership, having consulted to companies in 14 countries.
His greatest strength is his ability to communicate sophisticated and complex concepts in an easy to understand, stimulating and engaging manner. “He is the author of the best-selling books “Managing with Intent” and “Strategy that Works”.
Throughout 1988 he had a series on TV and from 1995 to 1999 he had a bi-weekly slot on SAFM covering a wide variety of management issues. He has also had a weekly slot on CNBC and written a monthly column for the British Airways regional inflight magazine. From 2008 to 2010 Ian wrote a weekly column for the Business Section of the Sunday Times called “Mann’s World”.
