Mike is an experienced Finance Professional who has had an exceptional 36 year career in finance in FMCG, Engineering and Electronics. He was Chief Finance Officer for the Multinational PepsiCo International (incl. Simba) for Snacks & Beverages in Sub Sahara Africa, Finance Executive for SAB and Group Finance Director Lighting & Electronics U-Lite Holdings Ltd.

He is a UCT graduate and Chartered Accountant (S A).

He is recognised for his strong business growth, driving the bottom line, IT systems and control & governance capabilities along with his ability to keep-things-simple.

He is an excellent communicator and is as comfortable conducting mergers & acquisitions due diligence as he is in facilitating conferences and training to bring out the best in people.
